Formation of Catalyst Business Partners LLC (CBP)
Amol also established a startup Catalyst Business Partners LLC (CBP) in the United States in 2002. His goal for CBP was to provide businesses with cutting-edge IT solutions that would help them be more efficient and come up with new ideas. The company built its reputation as a trusted partner in the IT field with the help of its knowledge and ability to change to new & complex situations.
Then he recognized the nascent demand for IT services in Africa and moved to Dubai in 2006 where he set up a subsidiary of CBP. It was such a turning point in his career that allowed him to tap into emerging markets and address the growing demand for IT services.

In a span of 16 years, the company has set up offices in Senegal, Guinea, Cameroon, and Egypt, where the company gave an opportunity to the talent and encouraged them to come up with the new ideas as it grew into Africa. As of now, the company employs over 200 workers and has a turnover of US$ 25 million.

After completing his education, Amol started his professional career in the USA where he was one of the founder employees of MirrorPlus Technologies with penny stock options. He put in his tireless efforts and played a big part in the company’s growth. Then in 2003, the company was acquired by American Reprographics and in 2005 went for its IPO which was such a big deal as well as a tough time. But Amol handled everything with patience and during the period learnt several business procedures. He also enhanced his knowledge in depth and showed his ability to assist a business becoming successful on a large scale.

Amol is an influential figure in travel management who brings new ideas and strategy direction to this project. Apart from some of his associations, he also co-founded Terra Firma Commodities (TFC) and made his focus on doing ethical business that goes in an environmentally friendly way.
